1. 征集2027年第29届IUGG大会的申办方：有意申办2027年第29届IUGG大会的申办方可在2023年1月11日之前将申办意向提交IUGG秘书处。最终的申办方将于2023年7月在德国柏林举行的第28届IUGG大会期间由IUGG理事会最终选定。
2. IAG/GGOS出版了一本“地球使命”书籍，该书以通俗易懂的方式介绍了利用卫星大地测量观测地球动力学和气候的变化。作者通过举例说明了全球定位和卫星导航对我们日常生活的影响，以及大地测量学对理解地球系统和确定气候变化影响的基本贡献。该书的英文版将于2022年初出版，德文版也已准备出版。
3. IAHS开展第二期早期职业科学家申请工作，有意申报的科学家请于2021年12月21日前填写申请表格。
